Reporting Suspected Fraud or Misconduct

Employee Concerns Hotline

The CDC Foundation is committed to the responsible stewardship of all funds entrusted to us to help CDC improve health through public-private partnerships. Recognizing our obligation to CDC, our donors, and other partners to maintain the highest ethical principles and standards, the Foundation Board of Directors established a reporting mechanism for fraud and misconduct. The tool provides a way to anonymously report instances of suspected financial fraud or misconduct.

The Foundation strongly encourages anyone—employees, CDC colleagues, vendors, donors and other partners—to report suspected acts of financial fraud, waste, abuse or other irregular activities. The reporting tool is managed by an independent, outside company, AllVoices.

To report suspected fraud, waste, abuse or misconduct, please use this AllVoices Reporting link or dial into the CDC Foundation AllVoices Hotline at 888-483-6401.

All reports will be investigated and appropriate action taken. Thank you for helping us continue to operate under the highest ethical standards and principles.

PLEASE NOTE: This system is for financial concerns about the CDC Foundation. The CDC Foundation is not a federal agency; the Foundation is an independent, 501(c)(3) public charity. If you have questions or concerns about the policies or practices of CDC the federal agency, please visit cdc.gov or contact CDC directly at 1-800-CDC-INFO.
