Next Generation Multipurpose Intravaginal Ring Technology

Program Description: To evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics and efficacy of macaque-sized CLIP 3D printed intravaginal rings (IVRs) loaded with the potent antiretroviral Islatravir (EFdA) when administered vaginally to pigtailed macaques.
